A Vero Beach metal roof project!

This Vero Beach roof initially consisted of a shingle roofing, which was then removed to install the 26G metal roofing system.

We worked closely with our partners, Extreme Metals ; a local Palm City metal roof manufacture, whom provided us with the ideal product to match the customer’s request. 

Our team of Vero Beach Roofers then installed the painted kynar-finish metal roofing system which worked nicely with this Florida home. 

Here is a detailed scope of work:

• Remove existing roof of the plywood deck and inspect it to code
• Furnish and install synthetic underlayment
• Finish and install stack flashing on all plumbing vents
• Furnish and install new painted kynar eave drip, valley, and flash side wall metals
• Furnish and Install 26G Mill Finish Roof System
• Furnish 5 year weather-tightness warranty.
